Transformational Bodywork is a body-based somatic approach to emotional well-being, which complements talk therapy approaches to trauma resolution.
It is a deep-tissue, meditative bodywork modality, emphasising immersion in the somatic experience, guided awareness to tensions held in the fascia, and observation without reaction as they soften and release. I work with:
